Important: We do not accept digital copies of enrollment documents. All required documents must be submitted in person to the Registration Office. Online Registration must be completed before visiting the Registration Office.

In-District Students (Current CCSD Students)

  1. Verify that your student is zoned for Sierra Vista High School. Check Zoning.
  2. Complete Online Registration through your Parent Portal.
  3. Save your Application Number. You will need it during registration.
  4. Bring the following documents to the Registration Office in person:
  • Parent/Guardian ID
  • Current Proof of Address
  • Birth Certificate
  • Custody Documents (if applicable)

Out-of-District Students (Non-CCSD Students)

  1. Verify that your student is zoned for Sierra Vista High School. Check Zoning.
  2. Complete Online Registration through ccsd.net.
  3. Save your Application Number. You will need it during registration.
  4. Bring the following documents to the Registration Office in person:
  • Parent/Guardian ID
  • Current Proof of Address
  • Birth Certificate
  • Custody Documents (if applicable)
  • Immunization Records
  • Unofficial Transcript from the Previous School

Note: Students who are new to CCSD may submit a course request after completing Online Registration and submitting all required enrollment documents to the Registration Office.

Course Requests

Once enrollment has been completed, please complete the Course Request Form below for your student's grade level for the 2026-2027 school year.

Recommendation: Parents and students are encouraged to review the school's Course Catalog before submitting course requests.
